Coordinate vendors and clients to manage work orders for a GMP pharma facility.

Tasks

-Schedule and coordinate repairs with vendors or technicians based on work order requests. -Vendor management, including pest control services for commercial sites -Maintain accurate records, including work orders, proposals, departmental files, and vendor-submitted documentation. -Identify and resolve routine and non-routine issues independently, without supervisory approval. -Analyze work order reports to monitor performance and track progress. -Evaluate and select solutions from established options to address operational challenges. -Contribute to team success through the quality and accuracy of services and information provided. -Serve as the primary liaison between the client and vendors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and delivering high-quality service. -Manage office and parking space allocations efficiently. -Prepare and present information to internal departments and large employee groups.
