Tasks
-Attend 1 late night meeting (currently set on Thursdays) to go through all files with the office manager and Director. (Food is provided) -Produce a take off from drawings -Identify which merchant is the cheapest but also identify who can deliver the quickest -Report to the office manager with all updates. -Make sure all materials are delivered in a timely manner so that trades are not stood around waiting -Oversee the other buyer and make sure that clients personal choices I.e. flooring, tiles, bathrooms, paints etc have been chosen and ordered in a timely manner. -Gain quotes from all suppliers -Update the whiteboard on a daily basis with updates on each job
