The BIM Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all technical aspects of the company’s BIM ecosystem, including Revit content, templates, and standards. This role ensures consistent, efficient, and high-quality model production across all design and construction teams.

  • Provide technical support and training for design and construction teams using BIM tools.
  • Coordinate with IT and project teams to manage software versions, licensing, and integrations.
  • Research, test, and deploy new BIM technologies, plugins, and automation tools.
  • Support project startup by preparing templates, shared parameters, and model guidelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and update company-wide BIM standards, templates, and Revit families.
  • Manage model setup, workflows, and file structures to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Implement quality control processes for model accuracy, performance, and compliance.
