5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or architecture

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
Familiarity with Ajera, Deltek, Procore, SharePoint, DocuSign, and CRM systems
Bonus: Bilingual (Mandarin/English), GIS familiarity (Esri ArcGIS), and graphics/presentation prep
Exposure to water resource and environmental engineering projects
