  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Familiarity with Ajera, Deltek, Procore, SharePoint, DocuSign, and CRM systems
  • Bonus: Bilingual (Mandarin/English), GIS familiarity (Esri ArcGIS), and graphics/presentation prep
  • Exposure to water resource and environmental engineering projects
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality skills
  • Evaluated on accuracy, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities
