Tasks

-Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment. -Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours. -Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive. -Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks. -Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

What You Bring

-Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR -Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week -Valid Driver’s License -High school diploma or equivalent, preferred -Possession of minimum tools required -One year maintenance experience in property management or related field
