Tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for the asset management of our operations in Ireland. You will manage contracts, insurance, reporting, and financials while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our assets and joint ventures. In this role, you will own post-COD performance, value and risk profile of ILOS’s Irish utility-scale solar assets. You’ll lead commercial asset management across operations, contracts and counterparties to maximise availability, yield and cash generation, while maintaining robust governance, HSEQ and stakeholder alignment. -PPA contract Management: Manage PPA contracts to maximize financial returns. -Coordination with Tax Advisors and Lenders: Liaise with external tax advisors to ensure tax compliance and optimize financial structures for the assets. -Insurance Management & Claim Handling: Manage all insurance policies for the assets, including claims processes, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely resolution of any issues. -Budget Preparation & Management: Establish and oversee the budget for asset management, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. -Asset Management & O&M Interface: Manage the performance and maintenance of assets, oversee and work closely with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) provider to ensure smooth operations and high performance. -Investment and KPI Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse asset investments and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive value creation. -Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, financial status, and operational KPIs for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Work closely with our lender’s contact person ensuring proper communication and reporting. -Contract Management: Oversee and manage all contractual obligations related to the renewable energy assets, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic commercial asset manager to join our growing team and portfolio. With a portfolio in excess of 1 GW and a continuing pipeline, now is an exciting time to join ILOS. -Understand the local Irish regulations - RESS -Strong analytical abilities to conduct investment and KPI analysis, with a focus on optimizing asset performance. -Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including PPAs, regulatory requirements, and market trends. -Excellent communication and project management skills -Familiarity with renewable energy markets and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to support on technical questions, audits, and KPI tracking to optimise asset performance. -Problem solving skills on technical issues is a plus -Experience in contract and insurance management, as well as strong financial and reporting skills. -Minimum [3-5] years of experience in asset management, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. -Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Finance, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. -Proficiency in asset management software and tools is highly desirable.
