Enjoy helping engineering teams improve how they deliver, collaborate, and continuously improve
Deep experience working in Agile product development environments with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile values, Lean thinking, and product lifecycle concepts
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or related discipline
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
Substantial experience in Agile software delivery environments, preferably with a focus on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or internal tooling
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and AHA is a plus
Love facilitating discussions, aligning diverse stakeholders, and unlocking team potential
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to balance competing priorities and perspectives
Skilled in conflict resolution, team coaching, and driving shared ownership within delivery teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
