Overview

Assemble plastic panels and frames, perform quality checks on 3rd shift.

Tasks

-Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company. -Perform quality checks on parts and assembled panels. -Follow all job tracking procedures. -Build product in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications. -Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook.

What You Bring

-Accountability: Ability to hold self and others to the highest of standards. -Requires pulling, pushing, cutting, lifting and moving parts between 25-50 pounds. -Speed: Operates with a sense of urgency, recognizing the competitive advantage of being swift and responsive. -Good communication skills. -Judgement: Ability to exercise discretion and lead initiatives autonomously. -High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. -Able to follow instructions and execute with thoroughness and follow-through. -Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge. -At least one year of previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
