What You Bring

-Skilled with traditional, PERI, Aluma and EFCO formwork -Candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton Region -Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test -Provincially recognized journeyperson certification in Carpentry -Work in all weather conditions year-round and willing to lend a hand where needed -CSTS-2020 Fundamentals, WHMIS 2015, ESC Fall Protection, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform (training provided) -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean 3-year driver’s abstract -Experience working on major infrastructure and bridge projects highly desired -Comprehend drawings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions -Understand concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms -Non-certified journeypersons must hold a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience -Ability to work well as part of a team, and meet deadlines
