Tasks

-Serve as a key technical advisor for colleagues and clients, bringing your expertise where it matters most. -Lead exciting projects, from small assignments to complex mandates where you’ll be the goto expert. -Act as the technical leader on midsized projects, confidently guiding the mechanical discipline. -Mentor and inspire technicians and junior engineers (EITs) to help grow the team. -Draft strategic documents such as RFPs and service proposals that showcase our expertise. -Apply your expertise in material handling to design efficient and safe solutions for bulk material transport. -Develop and validate robust mechanical systems and highperforming industrial equipment. -Imagine and design innovative solutions by analyzing, comparing, and recommending approaches that make a difference. -Ensure the quality of deliverables by reviewing every detail before submission. -Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of deliverables. -Conduct site visits, perform accurate field surveys, and oversee construction followup.
