Tasks

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of the community, connecting with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and supporting the full leasing and renewal cycle. You’ll take pride in presentation standards and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy across these flagship BTR projects. -Support community engagement and marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents -Manage leasing enquiries, inspections, applications, and renewals -Work across high-quality Build-to-Rent developments in Melbourne -Maintain presentation of display apartments and shared spaces -Collaborate with on-site and corporate teams to achieve occupancy and service goals
