Tasks

-Provide oversight of the design program to be managed by the Designer of Record. -Ensure all contract requirements, administrative or otherwise, are satisfied in a timely manner. -Communicate frequently and effectively to ensure the project team is well informed. -Provide oversight of construction operations to be managed by the Superintendent. -Identify and advocate internally for any and all resources necessary for project success. -Provide oversight and management of the project schedule through the Scheduler. -Negotiate and execute contracts and purchase orders with subcontractors and suppliers. -Serve as Project Manager reporting to an experienced Project Executive. -Provide oversight of the safety program to be managed by the Safety Manager. -Chair weekly and/or monthly project meetings with all interested stakeholders. -Manage and maintain a healthy client relationship while protecting company interests. -Provide oversight and management of AR and AP through the Project Comptroller. -Provide oversight of the quality program to be managed by the QC Manager. -Manage the project’s profit & loss to preserve profitability throughout the project’s life cycle.

What You Bring

-Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands. -Secret or above Security Clearance; strongly desired. -Advanced Degree (MBA, MS) or Professional Registration (PMP, PE); preferred. -Proficient with Primavera P6; preferred. -Experience managing large project teams of diverse professionals; preferred. -Experience working on federal project with DOD/USACE/NAVFAC; strongly desired. -Ability to successfully pass background/security check; required. -Ability to speak, read and write fluent English; required. -Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity. -B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management; required. -Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying. -10+ yrs experience as PM for heavy civil infrastructure projects valued $25M+; required. -Proficiency with a computer and with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel); required.
