-Act as the primary point of contact for Progress Associations. -Coordinate community-related projects and initiatives. -Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of community development projects. -Facilitate effective partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, succinctly and accurately, in writing and verbally. -iAP2 Certificate of Engagement (desirable) -A well-developed understanding of the social, economic and commercial factors that impact Outback SA. -Experience in project management -Significant experience in successfully developing, implementing, evaluating and improving programs, projects, systems, policies and services. -Able to successfully negotiate and resolve conflict with staff, community members and stakeholders -Experience in community engagement -Proven ability to work under broad direction, independently or a part of a team -Able to develop rapport with a broad range of people easily
