Tasks
As the MRO Planning and Control Manager, reporting to the VP Off-Wing P&C, you will be responsible for providing Planning and Control rigor, clarity and leadership across our Overhaul Network. -Anticipating & resolving mid-term delivery risks & issues through robust collaboration, ensuring that any hazards are understood and have mitigation plans. -Developing and deploying planning and control capability across your team and into the relevant Overhaul Bases. -Optimising inventory and logistics costs -Managing Planning & Control related change for your region. -Ensure that delivery performance meets customer requirements. Confirming lead time, production progress vs plan and production rates through constraints. -Partnering the Overhaul bases in your region to ensure clarity of capacity and capability. This will include the confirmation of lead time, constraints, resource planning and capacity growth plans

Derby/Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office) -A collaborative approach that can successfully influence senior leaders internal and external to Rolls-Royce -Experience in a Planning & Control management role -Experience of delivering performance through influencing -An analytical approach that can quickly diagnose issues and propose appropriate recovery actions -Understanding delivery performance gaps, determining impacts and mitigation actions. -Can work in an operational environment and deliver operational excellence -The ability to distil data to provide concise management information and reporting
