Tasks

-Produce monthly client reports to demonstrate their legionella compliance status and SOCOTEC’s operational performance -Liaise with the Operations Managers to assist with the scheduling and allocation of work tasks, and with site staff to understand and record what work has been undertaken against that planned -Issue test reports and certificates to our clients -Manage the database of water hygiene monitoring tasks and update it in line with new legionella risk assessments

-Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines -Good communication skills (both verbal and written) -Experience in administration work environments -A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
