Lead People Services team delivering HR services, process improvement, and HRIS management

Tasks
-Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making. -Provide insight to the wider team through monthly reporting of data from the global ticketing system -Conduct and/or support in internal and external HR audits globally, ensuring data readiness and compliance -Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Legal) to resolve cross-functional issues related to HR operations. -Ensure all HR practices comply with current employment legislation and internal policies. -Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all People Services activities -Leverage HR technology to improve service delivery and data management -Oversee the management of the HRIS - Workday. -Liaise effectively with other People functions (e.g., People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure integrated HR service delivery. -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the People Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services via the ticket desk including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and HR systems support. -Champion a positive colleague experience by ensuring services are delivered with clarity and consistency. -Maintain confidentiality and ensure data privacy protocols are strictly adhered to. -Act as a point of escalation for complex employee queries or HR operational issues. -Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Services professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
