The Role

Overview

Assist in delivering world‑class service to key corporate customers, handling admin, scheduling and complaints.

Tasks

-Receive customer calls and contact forms, process new work requests and schedule jobs for our busy team of engineers -Office-based customer account-management of key accounts, supporting our team and working in a collaborative manner. -Emailing correspondence to both customers and franchisees. -Complete management and resolution of complaints, identifying opportunities to improve the process. -To monitor engineer schedules throughout the day, and liaise with management to ensure customer expectations are met. -General administrative tasks including the creation, organisation and maintenance of emergencies and planned works-orders. -Working collaboratively to grow our national accounts through delivering customer excellence and identifying and developing opportunities to provide additional services to our key accounts. -Resolving routine customer queries.

What You Bring

-Previous experience using a CRM system beneficial. -Previous experience in an office-based, customer-focused role. -Strong communication skills. -Ability to multi-task. -Inbound and outbound call handling. -Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
