Tasks

-Control the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents. -Manage and maintain all project documentation in Aconex and internal systems. -Ensure proper document control processes are implemented and followed at site level. -Maintain updated records of all project drawings and documentation. -Support site engineers and project managers in document-related tasks. -Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents. -Register, track, and distribute technical documents, drawings, correspondence, and reports.

What You Bring

Khatib & Alami is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our site-based team in Dubai for a Building Construction project. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Engineering and Construction Companies in Dubai and be fully proficient in Aconex for document control and project correspondence management. -6–8 years of experience in Document Control within Building Construction projects in Dubai. -Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferably in Engineering or related discipline). -Good communication and coordination abilities. -Mandatory experience using Aconex (minimum 3 years). -Prior experience with Engineering or Construction firms in the UAE. -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
