The Role
Overview
Admin support for residential property management, handling communications, repairs and reports.

Tasks
-Share departmental phone reception duties and handle other admin tasks as needed. -Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors via email and phone. -Produce reports and minutes for stakeholders and management. -Partner with Property Managers to deliver exceptional service. -Coordinate access for contractors and manage repairs/maintenance through Building Management Software. -Prepare annual reports, AGM packs, and assist with Directors’ and General Meetings. -Maintain cyclical maintenance certifications and update PPM schedules. -Work closely with on-site personnel to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a Property Administrator to support the management of a diverse residential portfolio, including apartment blocks and PRS schemes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). -A team player with excellent attention to detail. -Familiarity with Blockman/Letman or similar property management software is a plus. -Experience in property or tenancy management administration. -Strong communication and organisational skills.
