Tasks
-Resolving rental arrears -Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants -Managing complaints -Processing eviction requests -Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports -Booking and conducting property inspections -Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards -Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties -Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
