The Role

Overview

Oversee concrete batching, dispatch, safety, and site operations as needed.

Tasks

-Uphold high standards of housekeeping across the site. -Supervise contractors and hauliers to maintain a safe and efficient site. -Monitor and maintain concrete quality in line with our internal quality scheme. -Operate computer-based systems for batching and despatch of concrete. -Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and Environmental Legislation. -Carry out routine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working order. -Communicate effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

What You Bring

-Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing site needs. -A safety-first mindset with knowledge of relevant legislation. -Experience in plant operations or concrete production (preferred). -Basic IT skills and familiarity with batching systems (training provided if needed). -Strong communication and organisational skills.
