Area Supervisor

Overview

Supervises security officers, ensures compliance, handles incidents, and liaises with management.

Tasks

-Serve as the main contact for officers and building management. -Communicate with dispatchers and management regarding field needs. -Respond to security or emergency incidents and complete incident reports. -Conduct site visits (scheduled and unannounced) to ensure quality and compliance. -Review post orders, logbooks, and overall site operations. -Coach, train, and, when necessary, discipline officers. -Supervise and support security officers across assigned sites. -Provide coverage and meal breaks when needed.

What You Bring

-Active NYS Security Guard License. -Proficient with Microsoft Office and visitor management systems. -3+ years of security experience (Supervisor, Lead Officer, or FSD preferred). -High School Diploma or GED -Night shift -Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills. -NYS Security Guard License
