Enforce governance and best practices, including:
Translate business objectives into technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.
Drive data quality processes and partner with the Governance Lead to monitor compliance with standards and policies.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the PSA practice, including reusable design patterns and accelerators.
Collaborate with the Platform Leads and Senior Product Manager to ensure solution designs are executable within agreed timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans.
Advocate for HIVE adoption by demonstrating platform capabilities and communicating value to senior business leaders.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define requirements, success criteria, and criticality levels for products.
Support cross-team knowledge sharing through documentation, showcases, and collaboration tools.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or cross-domain solutions that require executive-level engagement and prioritization.
Ensure adherence to file organization structures within the lake (bronze, silver, gold layers) to maintain quality, accessibility, and scalability.
Partner with other Product Managers and business stakeholders during ideation, roadmap planning, and intake to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.

Experience/Exposure to: Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, LucidChart/Spark, Monday.com, Azure Synapse, Azure Event Hubs, iPaaS, Boomi, MQTT brokers, Modbus TCP, X.509 PKI, NERC CIP, SOC 2, Python, SQL.
8+ years of experience in data engineering, IoT systems, or product management with a focus on operational data.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required.
Proficient with: Backlog grooming, KPI tracking, SharePoint, data governance and quality frameworks.
Experience in the renewable energy sector or a similarly complex, data-rich industry is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to energy operations, particularly NERC CIP and SOC 2.
Familiarity with distributed data platforms (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Kafka) and time-series databases (e.g. InfluxDB & TimescaleDB).
Expertise in python and SQL, Databricks Lakehouse, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure DevOps, and enterprise BI/AI platforms.
Experience working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities.
