Tasks

-Maintaining and sharing with colleagues, as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export laws and procedures, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions. -Managing the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities. -Auditing customs brokers regarding the correctness of customs entries, invoicing, and archiving. -Acting as point of contact for customs brokers in case of clarification needs (e.g., regarding valuation or classification of products).

What You Bring

-You have 12 to 17 years of experience in managing end to end domestic logistics and international import and export operations, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and local customs requirements -Experience in shipment tracking, milestone updates, POD management, and in-transit issue resolution across internal platforms -Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP - HANA, IncoTerms (International Commercial Terms) and MS Office Package -You are immersed in EXIM operations in switchgear industry -You are at ease communicating in English -You have experience in Negotiates freight and transportation rates. Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers -Bachelor's in B.Com or Masters in M.Com / MBA (should be full-time)
