Tasks

As Director of Urban + Architecture, you’ll lead the vision and execution of major city-shaping projects. You’ll guide design teams from concept to delivery, connect architecture with infrastructure, and translate bold ideas into grounded, sustainable plans. You’ll be the client’s strategic partner and the studio’s creative anchor. Join a design-led studio shaping cities, not just buildings. This global practice works where architecture meets urban strategy, masterplans that frame skylines, civic districts that define identity, and mixed-use projects that anchor the next generation of urban life across Asia and the Middle East. -Drive sustainable design integration across all projects -Shape design strategy, champion technical quality, and oversee delivery excellence -Engage with clients, developers, and authorities to define project vision and approvals -Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate architecture, landscape, and infrastructure -Mentor senior designers and nurture a culture of design leadership and accountability -Direct urban and architectural design for large-scale mixed-use, civic, and masterplanning projects

What You Bring

If you see cities as living systems and believe design should connect people, purpose, and place, this role gives you the scope to shape how future cities are built from the Middle East outward. -Strong understanding of planning policy, mobility systems, and development economics -Expertise with Revit, Rhino, and GIS -15+ years in architecture and urban design, with proven leadership experience -A master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design; registration preferred -Work winning capability, and proven business developer in the region -Confidence leading presentations, negotiations, and public consultations
