Overview

Oversee daily performance of onsite teams and vendors, ensure compliance and reporting.

Tasks

-Identify gaps or bottlenecks in execution and drive accountability among team members and vendors. -Proactively escalate performance or compliance issues to management when required. -Update internal systems and trackers regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. -Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations process. -Conduct quality checks and ensure that work meets required standards. -Monitor and track the daily performance of onsite teams and vendors against defined KPIs. -Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on performance, quality, and compliance metrics. -Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks and escalations. -Enforce process and compliance adherence across operations.
