Tasks

-Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related products -Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department -Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products -Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events -Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures -Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner -Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients -Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members -Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
