Tasks

The Special Projects Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fast-paced commercial construction projects ranging from tenant improvements and building upgrades to facility reconfigurations and adaptive reuse. Projects are typically under $5M and require a high level of organization, client communication, and flexibility. -Lead and manage all phases of multiple special projects simultaneously -Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track -Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts -Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for seamless project delivery -Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications -Drive project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff -Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements -Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants

What You Bring

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) -Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management tools -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-driven environment -Proven track record of managing multiple projects under $5M simultaneously -3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in special projects, TI, or renovations -Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and project lifecycle -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
