Tasks

-Installation and troubleshooting of Antivirus software -Monitoring Antivirus and Systems Performance -Troubleshooting AN / VPN issues for clients -Close all assigned tickets in the ticketing system within SLA -Troubleshooting, Diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software. -Maintain all the assets and update the asset database at regular intervals. -Provide regular technical support for Operating systems, mail support and basic network support/troubleshooting -Provide regular technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, -Provide Executive support to Management on a need basis -Follow IT policies and procedures to execute daily work

What You Bring

-All Desktop Problems ( Hardware and Software) -Diploma or Degree with good communication skills -Good knowledge on outlook client -Good experience in installation and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops, printers -Good experience on installation of Windows XP and MS-Office -Good experience on installation of desktops/laptops, printers -Knowledge of Windows Domain, Servers, DHCP and DNS
