This is a key role with the primary responsibility for verifying and inputting tax data submitted by accounting firms for the purpose of filing tax returns. -Help maximize efficiency in the 1040SCAN software to facilitate paperless tax workflow for clients -Input any missing information into the software by looking into the company database for comparison. -Constantly focusing on details and accuracy of the software's functionality to successfully prepare tax documents for clients -Utilize an in-house software called 1040SCAN that utilizes a new technology called Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and verify efficiency of the software's operations -Responsible for verifying and inputting tax data submitted by accounting firms for the purpose of filing tax returns
