Overview

Handle billing, invoicing, and account tasks, resolve payment issues, and support customers.

Tasks

-Translating coding for cost analysis -Calculating and tracking various company financial statements -Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into an account -Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines -Collaborating with customers, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors -Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer -Finding financial solutions for customers -Searching each financial statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors

What You Bring

-A high school diploma or GED is typically required. -Specific HVAC or billing certifications may be required for some positions. -Ability to multitask and meet deadlines -Strong organizational and customer service skills -Strong problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal) -Experience with specific HVAC/construction accounting software (e.g., Viewpoint, Acumatica, COINS) is a plus -Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel -Strong understanding of invoicing and accounting practice -Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy -Familiarity with HVAC service terminology -Knowledge of work order processing and collections is often required
