The Role
Overview
Create technical B2B marketing content for utility‑scale solar and storage projects.

Tasks
-Balance technical accuracy with persuasive storytelling. -Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and sales needs. -Write content across formats: blogs, white papers, case studies, one-pagers, web copy, sales decks, video scripts. -Oversee peer editing and production review work. Efficiently and thoroughly address feedback on published content from both customers and internal team. -Interview SMEs, Qcells team, customers, and other project stakeholders to extract insights that can be turned into strong marketing narratives & content. -Own end-to-end documentation of the creation process. Establish and maintain policies and procedures for content while conforming to Qcells' existing styles, policies, and procedures. -Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 10 pounds -Keep projects organized and moving fast: draft, revise, and finalize content on tight timelines.

What You Bring
-Experience in utility scale energy, construction, and similar markets. -Portfolio that shows ability to translate technical topics into engaging, customer-facing content. -Hearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations -3–5 years of experience writing technical B2B marketing content. -Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 90% of the time and sitting up to 8 hours in a day -Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, and office objects near and far -Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting) -Solid understanding of B2B content marketing principles. -Experience in evaluating and working across differing departments. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-first environment. -Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills to pull insights from C-suite, internal SMEs, team, customers, and other project stakeholders. -Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and other CMS platforms preferred. -Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite) -Travel: up to 20% as needed -Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position
