Overview

Perform responsive maintenance, repairs and second‑fix work in residential properties.

Tasks

-Undertaking multi trade work in occupied, residential properties to complete second fix work including joinery works, some Plumbing and Plastering works. -Attending reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, and on occasions planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties)

• housing experience

• driving licence
• teamwork

What You Bring

-Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade -Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential) -Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people -Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK -Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
