  • Prepare reports and presentations on project schedule performance and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to update and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduling requirements and standards.

  • Support claims analysis and forensic schedule evaluations as necessary.
  • Perform schedule analysis, critical path method (CPM) assessments, and progress tracking.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software.

  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, earned value management, and schedule risk analysis.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably on transportation or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working on projects and familiarity with scheduling standards preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience with project controls operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
  • Certification such as PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
