-Technical ownership and drive to complete tasks on schedule -Experience with following formats : Jackson JSON processor and/or XML -Authentication/Authorization using Open ID Connect (OIDC) or Java Web Toolkit (JWT) -Highly effective and efficient troubleshooting skills -Proven ability to provide Services & Java mentoring and coaching to others on team -Self starter and able to set direction for self and others when uncertainty exists -Highly effective communications skills -Strong Java programming skills (Java/Jakarta Enterprise Edition 8+) -Quarkus Java framework -4+ years developing microservices using Java Frameworks like Quarkus or SpringBoot or similar -Seeks to understand problems thoroughly before implementing solutions. -Cloud Native Architecture -Effective remote working skills to learn new environment, domain, product with minimal time -Adapts to new environments and changing requirements. Pivots quickly as needed. When coached, -Database schema changes using Liquibase or similar
