Overview

Night‑shift janitor cleaning and maintaining assigned facilities.

Tasks

-Service, clean, and supply restrooms -Wash and replace blinds -Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures -Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks -Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees -Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems -Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas -Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities -Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks -Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. -Gather and empty trash -Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment -Clean and maintain buildings/facilities

What You Bring

-Six (6) months office cleaning experience -1 year of similar work experience -Customer service experience -Must be 18 years of age or older -No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
