Tasks

Our client is seeking a HR Clerk to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, including record-keeping, data entry, and employee communication. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality. -Support the coordination of training sessions and HR events. -Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonus, and leaves. -Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. -Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. -Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as onboarding materials, policy updates, etc. -Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and submitting for background checks. -Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and mailing. -Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to organize and identify information for new and current employees coming onto the program. -Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

What You Bring

-Ability to handle data with confidentiality. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Previous HR onboarding experience is a must -Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred but not required -Excellent organizational and time-management skills. -Familiarity with HR software and databases is a + -Previous background in construction / engineering a + -Working Hours at a minimum are 7:30AM – 5:PM (Tuesday onboarding days need to be at site by 7AM) -Background in craft recruitment an Advantage -High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related field is a plus. -Previous knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors -Bilingual in Spanish & English a must! -Strong communication & organization skills
