Tasks

-Keep workspaces clean, organised, and secure -Maintain and deploy Group Standard Operating Environments using Windows Deployment Server -Manage new starter setups and leaver procedures -Build, configure, and test workstations, laptops, and mobile devices -Document IT processes and user guides clearly and accurately -Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop issues, including off-site repairs -Uphold Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards in all work -Support IT equipment purchasing during staff holidays -Assist with LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity troubleshooting -Update and maintain the IT asset register -Support remote users with mobile connectivity and VPN access -Administer and repair mobile communication devices -Provide responsive support to users via phone, email, and in person -Ensure backups of laptops, desktops, and personal folders are maintained

What You Bring

-Willingness to take initiative and responsibility -Familiarity with Microsoft products and PC hardware setup -Degree in IT or a closely related subject -Microsoft certification (e.g., MTA, MCP, or equivalent) -Minimum 2 years’ experience on an IT Helpdesk with strong customer service focus -Strong communication skills—clear, helpful, and user-friendly -Understanding of PC builds, rebuilds, and configuration -Excellent attention to detail and time management -Logical problem-solving and decision-making skills -Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
