The Role
Overview
Provide scheduling, client communication, and logistics support for field teams
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Book and confirm appointments accurately and efficiently. -Process job updates and follow up on client queries promptly. -Input task details into internal systems with speed and precision. -Adhere to all health, safety, and quality management procedures. -Support the preparation of operational and commercial reports. -Ensure responsible use and care of all equipment and materials -Accurately log non-conformities and complaints in the system. -Handle client communications—primarily by phone, as well as email. -Track urgent surveys to guarantee swift scheduling and resolution. -Coordinate with field teams to resolve onsite or logistical issues. -Assist the Logistics Manager with commercial administration duties. -Ensure timely return of field reports in line with client SLAs.
