Tasks

-Analyze complaints and implement corrective actions. -Oversee housekeeping and pantry services, ensuring adherence to SOPs and defined standards. -Lead landscape management, ensuring health and visual appeal of green zones. -Act as the primary liaison for tenants and clients, ensuring responsive communication and alignment with service expectations. -Manage tenant relationships and align service delivery with client expectations. -Collaborate with housekeeping executives to refine workflows and implement best practices. -Monitor daily horticultural activities including lawn care, pruning, irrigation, pest control, and seasonal planting. -Develop site-specific housekeeping schedules and eco-friendly initiatives. -Lead daily operations of soft services, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction. -Strategically plan and manage property services, common area upkeep, and support functions. -Prepares and manage annual budget for submission -Lead and manage all aspects of landscape upkeep across the property, ensuring consistent quality, health, and visual appeal of green spaces. -Train and brief staff on operational procedures and service benchmarks. -Conduct regular inspections to assess service adequacy, safety protocols, and maintenance needs.

What You Bring

-Possess good working knowledge of fit-out projects, landscape and operations -Degree in Building Maintenance, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. -At least 8 years of relevant experiences in property management, conversant with local building codes and regulations. -Possess sound knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters. -Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage. -Excellent team player with strong initiatives, communication and interpersonal skills.
