Senior Operator (DHT)

Overview

Prepare, inspect, maintain and dispatch downhole tools safely for drilling and completion.

Tasks

-Verify certifications and issue delivery notes prior to dispatch. -Prepare and submit inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for tools, crossovers, and spare parts. -Redress tools using C-Vice and hand tools, ensuring readiness for next deployment. -Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice. -Label tools with Green/Red tags and store them in ventilated areas to avoid UV damage. -Inspection and Redressing -Maintain tool history and traceability records. -Conduct and document inspections including: -Independently performs all required maintenance on equipment is performed and that unit/s is/are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job. -Performs Risk Analysis before each job or task and identifies and addresses potential safety hazards. -Select appropriate tools based on casing specifications, job objectives, and location.

What You Bring

-Good written and spoken English. -Improves learning skills to ensure efficient performance and execution of complicated cementing jobs including but not limited to accurate calculations checklists, pre and post job reports. -Tool Certification and Documentation -Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. -Tool Preparation and Dispatch -Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes. -Secondary School (or equivalent). -Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
