Overview

Oversee execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects from development to operation.

Tasks

-Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless transition from development to construction. -Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors, OEMs, and key vendors. -Manage the execution of renewable energy projects from late-stage development through commercial operation. -Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders. -Support contract negotiations and execution with EPCs and major equipment suppliers. -Ensure a smooth handoff to operations teams at commercial operation date (COD). -Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget across multiple concurrent projects. -Ensure contractors, sub-contractors and their employees are complying with TerraForm Power’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies -Oversee project controls, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Proven track record of delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects, ideally in Virginia and neighboring states. -Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore). -5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in renewable energy construction. -PMP certification or equivalent. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -Experience with permitting and interconnection processes in the Mid-Atlantic region. -Ability to travel as needed. -Strong understanding of EPC contract structures and vendor management.
