Overview

Manage vendor relationships and oversee facility maintenance projects for clients.

Tasks

-Develop and submit proposals for new projects, keeping budgets, costs, and margins in mind -Approve work orders for customer invoicing -Approve vendor work completion for payment -Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction/job approval -Procure and onboard vendors while maintaining contractual documentation -Identify and research potential vendors -Develop and sustain long term relationships with vendors.

What You Bring

-Must be 21 years old -Associates Degree -Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Experience with Service Channel is highly preferred. -3+ years’ experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, scopes of work. -Valid Driver’s License -Previous experience in vendor management
