Tasks

-Lead and manage the installation of steel structures across international sites -Oversee the full site installation process in line with CDM Regulations and company safety standards -Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality -Implement and uphold company policies for health, safety, environmental compliance, and installation procedures -Act as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery -Work closely with senior project and engineering teams to achieve the highest standards on every project

What You Bring

-Regular global travel to project sites with occasional visits to the UK head office -Ex-forces background with a construction or engineering focus -Proven experience installing steel structures, bridges, or similar large-scale projects -Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and on-site health and safety compliance -Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills -Willingness to travel internationally and work on complex, challenging projects
