Overview

Coordinate and activate new oncology clinical trial protocols and manage study documentation.

Tasks

-Review patients’ charts and medical history in collaboration with the RNC and/or physician. -Prepare study tools, including study binders, medication diaries, eligibility checklists, and flow sheets. -Assist with grading adverse events using NCI common toxicity criteria or protocol-specific grading scales. -Maintain research records for all patients enrolled in studies. -Ensure informed consent forms are obtained, signed, and recorded. -Coordinate the initiation and activation of new clinical trial protocols. -Develop study tools using Oncore®, Excel®, and Word.

What You Bring

-Experience with Adverse Event (AE) reporting. -Experience in screening, enrolling, and consenting patients into research studies based on study protocols. -3+ years of clinical research coordinator experience, primarily focused on data entry and query resolution for oncology trials.
