Client and stakeholder liaison including project meetings.
Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.
Project procurement including subcontractor tendering, take-offs, budget and drawing review.
Coordinating labour, suppliers and subcontractors.
Managing design RFIs and resolving day to day project coordination issues.
Compiling and reviewing quality documentation.
Create, review and adhere to project programme and timelines.
On site project coordination and delivery tasks including contract administration, preparation of purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, variations, and project claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project milestones.
Provision of advice on technical, engineering and design issues.
Effectively coordinates concurrent projects and competing responsibilities to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
Monthly financial reporting tasks.

Police Clearance.
Experience in similar PC, PA, PE, or CA role within the construction industry.
Attention to detail and organisational skills in managing high volumes of documentation across projects.
Project Management qualification is advantageous.
Knowledge of contracts and project cost/commercial controls.
Project delivery skills including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder/client management, subcontractor management, documentation, and statutory approvals.
Must be an Australian Citizen or have Permanent Residency to be considered.
Drivers Licence.
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Project.
Construction induction white card, Silica and Asbestos Awareness cards.
