Tasks

-Complete service reports and handover documentation accurately -Collaborate with planning and operations to manage workload and priorities -Participate in the Out-of-Hours (OOH) call-out rota as required -Apply risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices -Deliver a first-class customer experience through problem-solving and clear communication -Service, install, repair, and fault-find on a range of door systems

What You Bring

-Familiarity with safe systems of work and PPE usage -Health & Safety certifications (IPAF, PASMA, competency card) -Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team -Intermediate to advanced fault-finding and commissioning skills -Use electrical knowledge to support diagnostics and repairs -Strong communication and relationship skills -Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for reports -Full uniform, PPE, tools, iPad, mobile, laptop -Proven experience servicing, repairing, and installing door systems -Electrical qualification -Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay overnight -Ability to read technical drawings and manage complex installations
