Tasks

Our Research team fuels the insight that drives UK and Ireland construction decisions. You’ll gather accurate project information, speak directly with industry professionals, and help keep our data sharp, trusted, and valuable. You’ll call developers, contractors, architects, planners, and consultants to confirm project details. You’ll update our systems, maintain accuracy, and keep pace with daily expectations. You’ll track planning activity, follow industry news, and build real understanding of the construction landscape. You’ll work with the Research Manager and your team to close information gaps, support quality checks, and keep our data compliant. You’ll share insights with colleagues and help commercial teams understand trends across UK and Ireland markets.
