  • Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software

  • Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from initial concept through completion

  • Track record of mentoring and training early career professionals
  • Technical experience with structural analysis and design software such as RAM Structual System, RISA-3D, Visual Analysis and EnerCalc preferred
  • Experience conducting field observations and inspections of bridges to ensure compliance with safety and design standards
  • Proven success in leading the technical design of bridge and structural projects
  • 8+ years of bridge and/or structural engineering experience preferred
  • Experience with DOT (Department of Transportation) design projects
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a concentration in structural engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation and Revit; Microsoft Word and Excel required
