Tasks
-Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies. -Coordinate with the service department to schedule repairs and maintenance for the fleet. -Maintain schedules, records, and logs of daily activity of equipment and labor as well as daily activity reports. -Track and maintain weekly expense reports and fuel logs for Operators, Oilers and Drivers. -Assist with new hire/onboarding process. -Conduct training for company documentation and technology/software where necessary. -Coordinate with an experienced sales/service team to fulfill our wide variety of customer needs while maintaining safety and efficiency. -Work with our safety department to maintain DOT/FMCSA, safety and Insurance files and compliance for operational personnel. -Assist with audits of company cranes and trucks to ensure that they are equipped with up to date. registrations, insurance cards, IFTA fuel stickers, annual inspections, etc. -Secure Oversize/Overweight hauling permits and escorts (when necessary). -Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned. -Assist with scheduling and coordinating the daily scheduling assignments for a fleet of Cranes, Operators, Tractor-Trailer Drivers, and support personnel.

What You Bring
-Strong organizational skills. -Able to sit for longs periods. -Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed. -Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. -Experienced in dispatch and logistics functions. -Proficient in the use of Fleet Safety Management Software (Samsara, Motive, Geotab, etc.) -Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment. -Working knowledge of the permitting process for oversize/overweight loads.
